Still at 255, but I am hoping this weekend will change that. I am going to be putting in a new sprinkler system in my back yard this weekend and there is a lot of manual labor involved so, in this 100 degree heat, I expect that that should help shed some weight. Then, tomorrow I am doing a 5 mile run for my half marathon training, increasing from the 4 miles of last week.
Having been stalled for a couple of weeks at 255, it is hard not to get extremely irritated with the lack of progress.
