I was a bit slower at the gym than I have been, it took me 32 1/2 minutes to run a 5 K, but it feels good to be back. My weight is doing weird things right now, the numbers jumped up a bit this morning. I thing going back to the gym is causing me to drink more water and having been off for two weeks my muscles atrophied a little, so the weight went down a little as well. I am going to try and not let that bother me and hopefully the numbers will start down again tomorrow.
In any event, it feels good to get back to normal.
