Well, I am seeing signs of being back on the right track as the scale dropped a little this morning. I'm still up 4 pounds from last Friday, but down a pound from yesterday. We will see what the scale brings tomorrow, but I don't see any way that I will be back to where I was last Friday so I am expecting my first weekly weight gain since starting this journey. I'm not going to let that get to me though.
This morning's run was another clunky one, running the 4 miles in 37:36 and rather slow for me. Hopefully it is just my body working out the weekend and things will be back to normal for my 13.1 mile run on Sunday. I'm looking forward to my practice half marathon this weekend, maybe I will come closer to the 2 hour mark.
