I get to go home today and I can't wait. I've been eating too much this weekend and know that I have gained more than a couple of pounds. I am really looking forward to getting home and getting back into the routine of eating right and exercising.
I'm still sticking to my workouts and am heading down to the hotel's gym as soon as I am done with this post for a strength workout; however, I feel bad from all the excessive eating and eating the wrong things. I was telling myself it was OK to do this for a weekend every now and again, but it really isn't. Binge eating is never a good thing and when I go out of town in the future I think I am going to try and stick to a healthier diet because I don't want to feel like I do now.
